Pathways to Promise is TPSM’s foster and kinship family support division, created to walk alongside families who are caring for children through foster placement, kinship care, guardianship, or other family-based support arrangements. This division exists to provide encouragement, practical support, relational connection, and advocacy-centered care for households navigating the unique responsibilities and emotional realities of caring for vulnerable children.
Pathways to Promise recognizes that foster and kinship families often carry extraordinary responsibility and need consistent encouragement, resources, and community support. This division is designed to strengthen caregivers, uplift children, and help families feel less isolated in their journey. Through family-centered support, care initiatives, community connection, and targeted outreach, Pathways to Promise helps create a stronger foundation for healing, belonging, and long-term stability.
Primary Purpose:

• Family-centered outreach and care initiatives
